These are on eBay from Europe – and the listing for Mattel shows 4 “TBD” Color Changers coming so presumably these are the next four coming to the US – which should close out 2016.
Darrell Cartrip, Dinoco Lightning, Francesco Bernoulli & Brand New Mater.
Some may have been released way before but the re-releases generally new COLOR that it changes to.

Brand New Mater was actually released in a case previously this year. DJ is the other new one that you did not mention.
