FIRST EVER on CARD release of plastic tire/tyre Re-Volting (aka: Davey Apex to his friends).
Previously only available in the 4-pack and as a rubber tire release.
It’s a slight variant from his previous rubber tire release – slightly different rim color.
Note, the tampo decal is black around the wheel well on the 1st plastic tire release. And the rims are black. And of course, the current PC racers all have the flat windshield eyebrows.
