I’ve had the Disney Store version for years. If they did the Disney Store hat with the Mattel detailing, it would be a nice diecast.
Looking at the images above, I am wondering if I can create a hybrid in just that way. Mattel carbody with Disney hat …
Sew up a fuzzy “sock” for the Mattel model and just slide it on.

I was wondering how it would size up to the older Disney Store model … it seems to have slightly nicer detailing on the Mattel version, except for the glaring seam in the hat and the lack of flocking.
