These are international cards but the re-release of Jonathan Wrenchworths and “Andy Vaporlock” (the Circus Sedan re-appearing as a rusty Rust-eze fan).

because many of these cars rusted Series “Rust-eze”
They have the right rear fender of a black vignette?

I think I understand what you are asking. By “vignette” you mean a black oval silhouette, correct? If I had to guess, I would say that the black oval is supposed to represent the open gas filler tube — implying the clunker has lost its gas cap.
Oh, seems rare cars.
Is it “Vaperlock” or the more correct “Vaporlock”?

What number are these two in the Rust-eze theme? What Cars are shown on the back of the cards?
Unfortunately, international cards only show the car and its name on the back. Different to US cards showing other cars too.
