Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: Precision Series Diecast CARS
Yesterday, we previewed the PRECISION SERIES playsets, today, the diecasts.
Precision Series Lightning McQueen.
He has an opening hood. Looks nicely detailed. Guess his tongue is under the engine? 🙂
Precision Series Ramone.
In addition to rubber tires, he has axles that raise independently …
Doc Hudson Precision Series.
He has a very cool engine
Flo Precision Series comes up headlamps that light up – it seems likely she’s available as a single as well as coming with Flo’s V8 Cafe.
Same with Fillmore – other than rubber tires and the Summer of Love motif, he doesn’t seem to come with any opening compartments – though his engine is in the back nor lights – it might be because he comes with the Organic Fuel playset?
These are being premiered at the D23 Expo.

Awesome sets. I can’t wait for Filmore’s set. I agree with jestrjef. The price is a pretty high compared to the price we paid for the previous versions.
Saw the V-8 cafe on shopmattel this morning. It is available for preoreder … seems a bit steep in price though.
