Japan Spiderman was an official license from Marvel … now folded into the official Marvel history …
The TV series is now available to stream (I think you need the Marvel Unlimited subscription)
And yep, there’s a Mech and a Amazoness!

So, Spiderman is just a smaller version of Ultraman. Who knew?!?
