I have seen her only once about 3 months ago and only because one of the local collectors told me she was there. Haven’t seen her anywhere else.

I actually found Li’l Dipper on October 27 (still have the receipt) at our Target store in Rancho Cordova, CA. This store is normally void of anything new, but I picked it up not realizing it might later be scarce.

It’s a really nice model with not omly spinning propellors, but also folding pontoons and retracting landing gear. And it IS very colorful!

She showed up at Target a few days before Christmas. I found a second Lil dipper at HEB Grocery on Jan 5th. One per case so she is still not plentiful.
Now where are all the other planes the Canadians got but have still never been released stateside? Last new single was yellowbird.

Our stock (even pre-Holidays) has been atrocious here in central VA but both WM and Target got Lil Dipper before Christmas.

She’s beautiful! I painted the hubcaps red to match the movie. Wheels fold in really cool using some technology Ive never seen on a toy. Its much better than the DS one, which I also have.
