The correct price wasn’t outrageous john.
At full retail a 16gb iPhone is $649 plus tax
This is including a year of service as well. Typical cell service is $75-100/mo depending on what you want. They also don’t say what cell carrier or package you get so $1969 is pretty much 100% correct.
