Was just going to guess Tokyo airport. Getting a bit ridiculous now, Mattel have now gone to nanosecond partial view Cars!
Yeah it’s a repaint with fun accessory (little guy will like it, but I’d prefer the green Jesen Interceptor behind Mater.
Luggage cart? you don’t see a lot of cars with clothes on…LOL
What about wheel covers, dashboard covers, windshield screens for those hot sunny days, bras, grille brush,spare wiper blades and whatever else the well traveled car might want to remain fashionable?
Looks like he’s going to be the next Vern… He’s at the airport in Cars 2.

Amazing find. Looks like the green Mini Cooper in the background has the same trailer, must be a self serve airport baggage cart.
Either the train station scene, or the “leave the lodge” scene, I would guess.
I can’t say where its from but its cute. Its on my list.
By the way, we are moving back to the states soon so I’ve spent the last 2 days packing up CARS. With 600+ CARS I’m not chancing it with the packers. They’ll just throw them all in a box and won’t care if they get dinged up. Yesterday I wrapped about 300 in tissue paper, hope to finish up with that job today. After that I have to take apart all the LEGO sets we have. Ouchy fingers are in my future 😉
