“The multi-vehicle action begins by attaching the set to the side of the tub, revving up the Hydro Wheels racers, placing them at the starting gate, and pouring water into the Piston Cup trophy. As soon as it tips over, the race is on! Detachable finish line floats can be placed anywhere in the tub to extend the race course, and the set comes with a Hydro Wheels Lightning McQueen to get the aqua action started right away”

You know what would make a fantastic playset for this toy line? A floating oil rig with Hydro Wheels Lemons and Finn McMissile. Put a lot of ramps and breakaway railings on that rig, maybe the yellow crane and some shipping containers and of course Tony Trihull and his fellow gunship, and kids could reenact something that was canon to the film.
Hydro Frank is out at Walmart. I found 2 on the pegs this last week. Walmart price was 9.99. Almost double the cost of the regular hydros.
I may be alone on this but I think this entire line blows. The cars suck and they don’t do much of anything in the bath for my kids. The color changers however are fantastic and a ton of fun. They should have just kept that line going and avoiding this tragic cash grab. Just say’n.
