It looks like since he’s a ‘single” and not a deluxe, there are no moving parts.
Remember he’s a single and not a deluxe.
My guess is the front cab is diecast but still a nice giant CAR.

I picked this up, along with Dynamite and Firefigther Dusty, at Walmart in Canada a few weeks ago.
It must be a first….I picked this one up for my son about a month ago in Big W (Australian store). Was very chuffed at the price given that it’s a lot bigger than many of the Deluxe size items in the Cars range. Only cost $9..which is cheap given it’s size.
