Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: New Radiator Springs Classic 3-Packs

It looks like there’s some life left in the Radiator Springs Classic (TRU only) lineup … 2 new 3-pack box sets! Including a actual new diecast!
The Dinoco 400 Race Fans box set contains a new CARS character, Jay W. (along with original Mia & Tia).
And the Piston Cup Pit Row which features “Pit Row Member Flo” along with Lightning & Pit Crew Member Guido.
“Jay W.”- a fan of the Piston Cup! Apparently not a fan of an actual racer but just the Cup. Freak. 🙂 I think the only other release of this design is Bumper Save’s Crew Chief (with headset) so a repaint without a headset. Might be a Holden? Or just a small pickup?
And NOT “Waitress Flo” but “Pit Crew Member Flo.” What’s the diff? Well, not a lot. “Waitress Flo” serves up a round can of Dinoco motor oil … Pit Crew Member Flo serves up a non-round can of Dinoco transmission fluid? Collect ’em all.
Only these two on the cardback.
Well, there’s some progress – now you only have to Buy 3 to get 1 Exclusive.
There are two new ones coming – maybe that’s where we’ll get the missing Final Lap CARS sort of announced … We’ve gotten Mildred Bylane as a single, Kit Revster in the box set and Cora Copper (listed as a Copter back in 2009) is listed as a 2014 single. Wilmar Flatz was released as a lenticular – leaving 4 on this list as not listed/released since 2010.

Anyone notice the whole pick up bed portion is plastic on Jay W,
even the color doesn’t match the cab too good, I still bought it,
still a cool little set. -John
Yes this doesn,t look very nice. The bed portion is only made of yellow plastic while the Rest ist yellow painted Dicast. That looks cheap.
The bumper save crew chief has also a plastic bed portion but this is painted in the same blue colour like the rest.
The Race day fan set is cool. Mia and Tia aren’t bad repeats to be with a new car.
The mysterious yellow race fan pick-up finally has a name. If memory serves, he appears at about timecode 4:00, 6:00 and 8:00 in Cars; immediately to the left (their right) of Mia and Tia in the stands.

Yep, saw yours on eBay first Mariela.
Wow! On Ebay! I hope these never sell which they most likely wont because if other trus are like mine than these are all peg warming, I hate scalpers.
