Previously known as the Communist in the Stands, oops, I mean, Red Guy in the Stands. In this case with his release, it is better to be red than dead.
He is scheduled for US case J – coming next – probably around Back to School in September. “NiftyNigel” says the Int’l cases are all different this time around and this is in CASE Y for international collectors.
And now that they have created him without the Palace Guard Bear hat and gun, we’ll get Sgt. Highgear soon.

So, is this a Cars 1 character? If so, it must be the first really new one in years. Does anyone have a screenshot in which he appears? Don’t remember him.
