Hey Y’all ‘n All – Guess What Part of the Country …
While there are surprises, I did not realize there was a multiple way to pronounce ‘crayons’ … I think we can guess which part of the country uses the phrase, y’all … I wonder about people on the boundary lines … 🙂
This one is a weird one …
You can check out them all out here.
We all talk funny, now excuse me while I drink my Awful Awful.

I can’t believe there wasn’t a “Yous guys” category. That’s not just a NY thing is it?
Or “you’ns/yins/yinz/yinzers” for Delaware & PA?
I love this kind of stuff. If you listen closely, every state has different accents and even different accents within the states.
I have moved 22 times in my life between 5 different states. Mostly as a kid. So I never really developed any type of accent. When I’m in the north, they same I sound southern. When I’m in the south they say I sound northern. My mom, however, went from basically having no accent, to complete ‘Southern Belle’ mode after she has lived in Tennessee for about 10 years. It is so funny to listen to her talk now. You would have thought she grew up on a plantation her whole life.
