Mattel Disney Pixar CARS Diecast: Christmas CARS 2013 News Not So Great … So Far
It is early but the Christmas singles list for 2013 is out … the Reindeer have disappeared and are NOT on the list for 2013 … it’s old standby’s …
This is packaging from their first release but it’s these 5 singles on the list.
Yea, no Reindeer diecasts CARS – yea, prototypes were completed back in 2009 but no one seems willing to pull the trigger on actually producing them …
There is one hope – that they are actually in a box set – since Christmas box sets are exclusives, they never make it to a list and just show up … so no reindeers singles as of now (the list could change, of course) but maybe, just maybe we’ll actually get a box set with Santa CAR this year.

Iām going to pick up an extra Sheriff just in case his ornaments break off on our old one. I was able to trade for a Sally last year, but I think its awesome people will be finally able to get her. I wish they would do the other Christmas Cars like Sarge, Flo, Lizzie, and Red.

It’s the black Sheriff, naturally I need the green one, haha.
Holiday Spirit Sheriff is dark green, has plastic ‘ornaments’ on each rear fender. Look closely at Met’s photo.

Ok, so what is the name of the black Sheriff release with ornaments?
Well Holiday Spirit came in 2 colors, both with ornaments. Their cards on each release reflected their different colors. This card is black and the car looks black to me.

Snow Day Sally and Decked Out Doc Hudson are the only two Mater Saves Christmas Cars I need, so I’m pretty happy about this news.
Missed out on all of these first time around since I wasn’t collecting.
Fingers crossed the reindeer do make it in an exclusive set nd that it won’t be hard to find š
Snow Day Sally!!!! That’s great news, they cost a fortune on eBay.
We can start checking eBay, if they ever go into production the reindeer will leak out of the factories long before they ever hit retail……..
Thanks for the update… while it’s not the news we’d like to hear, it’s good to hear the news… I missed out on Snow Day Sally as a single the first time around… and I agree – bring out the reindeer and the Easter buggy!
I’d like to see the reindeer and the Easter buggy!!! My kid will lose it if they make the Easter buggy I’ve had to read mater an the Easter buggy for bed time for the last 16 nights in a row…… I’m gonna lose my mind ahhhh! Lol
