Tickets go on sale February 16, 2013 at 9 AM Pacific Time. Remember you must registered and have a SDCC ID number. Registration is closed now but open on the 16th so if you do NOT have a reg number, you must get one first before attempting to buy tickets. Good luck!

There are also new rules regarding kids tickets so be sure and read through the badge sales page BEFORE hand if your kids are about to turn 13 on August, 1, 2013.

For CARS exclusive-collectible fans, as of right now, there does not appear to be a special CAR at SDCC – I’m still checking but it seems unlikely as there is no info or listing – last time, Mattel skiped SDCC for CARS during Disney D23 Expo in 2011 (D23 takes place every other year) – the Convoy Brothers are a go for Disney’s D23 Expo which takes place about 3 weeks AFTER in August.
