It seems to imply you can wear it as a real cap but I’m not sure if they’re confusing it with the regular New Era 59FIFTY Transformer caps. You can read more here.

I collect Transformers and wear baseball caps. But I can’t see myself buying this.
These are awesome!!
I used to think New Era hats were cool ’til I saw some show about them closing a plant in the South somewhere. They told the soon to be ex-employees they were shifting production to another factory in the US, which was a lie. They actually moved production to… you guessed it… the Peoples Republic of China.
