Mattel Disney Pixar CARS 2 Diecast: Ultimate Chase Long Ge & Singles Case H
Thanks “Nikko” for cracking open your Ultimate Chase!
Yes, you get one in every singles CASE H.
Nikko has once again increased the value of your sealed CAR. π
Nice tampos.
And a nice subtle upgrade as Max Schnell has been upgraded to a unibody, so has Long Ge. Note the original prototype photo on the cardback was still based on the original Max Schnell 2-piece body-face.
Thanks for the great pics, “Nikko!”
The rest of the case & info is here.

I was looking at this site to see what was new. My 3 year old son saw me looking at this car. He walked over to me and asked if it was a “Real Gone Racer” (from Cars 1) or a “World Grand Prix Racer” (From Cars 2) I told him world Grand Prix and then he asked if we could go buy it.
I told him we’ll see.
Good thing he does not know about the whole chase thing.
My case H came yesterday, it was exciting. Just open the case and see 3 new cars.
Long Ge is amazing. I read that his intricate design/seals are based on the Chinese symbols used in the Beijing Olympics. Would like to know more about this.
(MET: The C in the English word, China on the Olympic uniforms seem to have a dragon head).
Meant to add this comment:
The Chinese Peony flowers on his side windows are beautiful
The characters on the roof, δΈε½, mean “middle kingdom”, i.e., China. The designs on the sides look to be standard dragon art, which would symbolize the ιΎ or “long” in Long Ge, or “dragon.”
I’m not sure about any specific ties to the Olympic design for team China, but this is the Dragon year, so wouldn’t be surprised if there are some hidden dragons in their uniforms.
(MET: BTW, while Middle Kingdom is the correct direct translation – it’s implied meaning translated to English is more correct as “CENTRAL KINGDOM” or as in “center of the universe kingdom”) π
Thank you for explaining the meaning.
I took a close up of his side – its quite spectacular

What is the case contents for H? apart from the ultimate chase! is there a previous post ive missed? thanks!
What other countries will there be Super Chase Cars from (besides Russia, Mexico & Australia)?
I can pass on this one, Long Ge isn’t even a real driver, is he?
(MET: Yes, he’s a real driver, he was the voice & car that replaced Jeff Gorvette in the Chinese dubbed version).
i can’t find any info on long ge, i searched ιΎε₯. what series does he race in? what kind of car does he drive? any profile? pics?
He must be very secretive, a google search reveals no career stats, etc. All I find are references to General Electric.
I’ve also searched the Hong Kong and Taiwan Yahoo sites, but cannot find anything about this Chinese driver. There are several other Chinese drivers, mostly rally car, who are prominent. I’m going to have to get me a copy of the Chinese Cars 2 to see what it has to say in the credits.
Haven’t found one at retail yet. I also can’t justify buying a whole case just to get 1 car.
Nice car!
Will probably never get one π Really nice car. This one looks better than the previous Super Chase. Anybody knows what is the next Super Chase?
(MET: Russia).
Met, Russia racer is Vitaly Petrov right?
(MET: Yep).
Wow, very nice! I thought it was just red on the side, very nice details.
Beautiful Car… hopefully mine arrives later this week.
I can’t bring myself to open the Super Chase Cars yet… I normally open one of everything.
Thanks for opening and for the photos, Nikko!
Nice!
