This May Not End Well: Roping & Mining Asteroids
“Planetary Resources Inc. intends on Tuesday to outline its plan to send an unmanned spacecraft to an asteroid and mine it for valuable metals and water that could be used in further space exploration or returned to earth.”
There was also talk of bringing them in orbit with the moon … that should end well if they miscalculate the gravity thing … but I guess we can send Ben Affleck up.
