(Because this is the Producer’s Guild award, it does not include clips of films he just directed – such as JAWS … or maybe they just couldn’t find an iconic clip or twenty). 🙂
After JAWS, he tended to be director AND producer of his own films – in addition to be Executive Producer of dozens of films.
