UPDATED – this case content is still correct but we were given info that this was the next case, instead it’s a case down the line. The info is correct but just not correct as “coming soon,” – more like coming in a few months …
First, the bad news, there’s no Submarine Finn so if you were hoping to hoard more, you’re out of luck … instead, there are some really obscure characters with hardly any screen time …
His official name is DRAGSTER MATER. 2 in the case. 3 in the case.
Because DRAGSTER is better, DRAG STAR MATER could mean many “different,” things … 🙂

I agree, we have to confirm the contents.However, anything better that older mega cases would do. I have not seen any new megas since May 2011 well, pinion+kingpin were seen, but I have not seen pinion yet in any store.
So I am looking forward to whatever “new” would come along!

The first case has 2 new cars in it, the second has 3, and 1 repeat from the first case, the 3rd case has 2 new cars, the 4th 1 new car(this is the case asst listed above), the 5th case has 2 new cars.
The case assortment are nice and not to mention only 1 Sub Finn, 1 Hydro Foil, 1 Kingpin and Pope(3 total in all 5 cases) are actual repeats from the first releases. Bus, tanaka, Red, Holley are not scheduled in the cases, but this does not mean the assortments will not change closer to the release date of March.
I remember when the Pope/Popemobile/Queen case was listed on here and everyone got in an uproar expecting to get 3 new Deluxe Cars and in the end the only one who ended up with the correct case contents was me. I’m not saying that’s going to happen again here, I’m just saying that it might be better to wait until someone actually receives and confirms the contents before going on a shopping spree.
…and for those who emailed me, the answer is yes.
Slice, do you have different estimated case contents to share?
I bet the next Case will be full of Submarine Finn’s. Either that, or they are ending the Porto Corsa line with a bunch of new Megas.

The case contents are promising. Let us hope that Mattel also releases enough product early on that they don’t become impossible to find, and not too many that they are still on the pegs next Christmas.
We have yet to see Leland Turbo, Security Guard Finn McMissile, Mama Topolino or Pinion Tanaka in any local store.

My sources tell me that this case content is incorrect and there will not be a case with all new cars. Yes they are coming, but not all in one case

FUTURE SHOCK: Mattel will ultimately cancel this case and replace with the following contents:
– 2 Submarine Finn McMissile
– 2 Finn McMissile with Hydrofoil
– 2 Finn McMissile on Waterskis with Which to Jump the Shark

It will be interesting to see if they come to my area as the pegs are filled with extra’s stacked on top of the pegs and under the pegs of that underwater hero Finn!!!!!!!!!!!
