    It’s always interesting to look back on a year and see all that has happened. Seeing them showing flooding reminds me of one of the best kept secrets of 2011. That would be the flooding of Binghamton, N.Y in September. In 2006 the greater Binghamton area was flooded and that was called the 100 year flood. People were still trying to recover from that when this year brought even worse flooding. I have to say this area has bounced back quickly, but there is still a lot of damage.
    Let’s make 2012 a NEAT less year!
