Tom Cruise mentioned Alpha 113 in Ghost Protocol. Movie directed by Brad Bird
(MET: How was it? Is it just me or has every MI movie involved a mole in IM and them being disavowed? Nice workplace. 🙂 ).
No mole in MI4. Nice action scenes, very fresh, one in a carpark system and another in a sandstorm. But very shallow background on the villains. Still a good movie though.
Met, can you also compile “easter eggs” of pixar references on non-pixar movies. Thanks
(MET: You mean the CalArts A113? Wikipedia has a list of evry reference).
In one part of Wall-E when Wall-E is collecting garbage to crush, there is a “Leak-Less” sticker in the pile 🙂 My sister and I found that one ourselves
P.S. I LOVE Acer and Grem’s expression in that picture! LOL!
Don’t forget about the Dinoco gas station in toy story and on a lighter in Wall-E. Also the lamp in the Pixar logo is in Toy Story with a red paint job. There are tons of these. Stanley Steamer is in the Pixar short “Boundin”. The Pizza Planet truck is in a slew of movies not just including Cars, but Toy Story, Finding Nemo Ratatouille, Up, Wall-E and Monsters Inc. Just a few others to point out.

Neat, Doc is in the Incredibles, I never noticed! The only ones I picked up on were Jessie and Nemo in Monsters Inc.
This is awesome. I had no idea of these. Thanks met! And great find, i-luv-cars!

Isn’t there a can of N2O Cola too?
It is very possible but I did not see it myself

I heard that Wall-E is in The Incredibles, on a garage shelf, but haven’t actually looked to find him yet.
There were videos on the internet saying wall-e was in toy story and cars also, but it turns out that it was fake.
More than a cliche… this really is neat…
I’ll be watching some of these movies during my upcoming vacation and seeing if I can find these Easter Eggs…
It does make sense… it can create additional market interest for their product.
Boy, and all this time I’ve only been looking for the Pizza Planet truck and the star ball. I guess I need to start paying attention a bit better!
