Mattel Disney Pixar CARS 2: Photo Finish Raceway Track Set
The next playset is called the Photo Finish Raceway Track Set.
That is the plastic Lightning and the plastic Tire Talky truck (which is coming as an oversized diecast release). His actual name is, “Taia Decotura.”
But it actually has a cool feature … “Taia Decotura, has a detachable lenticular screen that reveals the winner as the screen transforms its graphics display based on who crosses the finish line first.”
That actually sounds pretty cool and will resolve ALL the disputes in your household. 🙂
Until the first loser flings Mr. Arbitrator/scoreboard into the bushes.

found this in Asda today…..McQueen is plastic and so is the truck but he is quite neat the way his advert on the side changes, and yes he does roll free.

Am guessing this can connect with the other 6 Connect and Collect Playsets, or whatever those are called?
Is the truck detachable from the track? I get that the car that goes through first trips his screen, but can he roll around on his own?
And who will plastic Lightning race against? Wouldn’t he be slow against metal cars?? Maybe he’s diecast?
It would be nice if the track was longer, but I guess Mattel is shooting for a certain price range. The finish sounds pretty cool though. My boy will like it and that’s the most important thing.

Here goes the Tire Talky Truck…. I believe this is the only version we will see of him…. No diecast because that will be way to NEAT, right Matell?
