One of my all-time favorites:
Sisu – Finnish, basically “guts” or intestinal fortitude.
Hyggelig certainly is translatable, Gemutlichkeit in German and Gezelig in Dutch are essentially the same notion.
Can’t forget Schlep and Lurk while we are at it!
