Disney Pixar CARS 2: “Air Mater” Mater Tall Tales Short (Up For Now)
This might not last long on the YouTube but you can take a blurry look at the (not quite legal) rip of the Mater Tall Tale “Air Mater” included on the 3D Blu Ray.
Not really in 3D on your computer screen. 🙂
Though if you click on the YouTube icon to direct it on YouTube and not embedded here, you can click on the red 3D icon and turn off 3D to view in regular SD & HD. Much better.
And definitely not the optimal viewing experience … unless you have an analog 5″ screen from 1967 in your living room … but can you hold out another 7 days? Well, can you? 🙂
There is a non 3D version on the Blu Ray and an SD version on the DVD.

Pretty cool. I like how the town is in the shape of a jet.
if you click where it says 3D a menu pops up and you can turn the 3d off and it won’t be so blurry.
The only problem is that you can download it, it stays in that 3D mode (unless I’m not doing it right).
Cars Toon diecasts much better than Cars 2 diecasts!!!!!!!

I put that video up on the Forums about a week ago if you want to see it a little clearer.
Wasn’t one of my favorite shorts. Not much to it but it’s good to have anything new at this point. Now if they finally start selling new toon diecasts again I will be really happy.
I liked the short – but I’m with you – it would be fun to be hunting again but what is the likelihood that diecast toons will come out again??
I’m going to see if I can wait until next week to watch it on the DVD.
