The Mini Cooper scale looks about right in that picture. But the die cast is nearly as big as Mater.
I ordered this and got the right item
Target.com says that all of my local stores have this in stock. Given that Target uses the same DCPI number for all of its 4-packs (087-07-1978), what are the chances that I’ll actually find it on the shelf?
I was not impressed with the last item I ordered from Target.com. The correct item arrived, but the shipping box was crushed, and since there was no packing inside (just the item rattling around inside all by itself with no packing) the item itself was also crushed. I returned it to the store and get a replacement from stock with no problem, but it shouldn’t have been necessary.
Well, I answered my own question — no. Nothing but the same old 4-packs they’ve had since the beginning. Guess I’m going to have to give Target.com another try. Maybe this time they’ll manage not to run over it with a truck…
Anyone know if Target will provide a price adjustment if I take my set back to the store and refer to this sale?
just to let you know… I bought set on Monday and it rang 18.99+tax
When I showed target website with $12 price tag to customer service, his response was … “Buy online then, I can not change the prices, very sorry”

The mini cooper is real online I got mine today
The QC on these is so spotty that it really pays to see them in person to choose the best one, or best overall; but wow what a great price. I’m wondering about the secondary market on these. Something I don’t quite understand is the benefit of buying one at $18.99 from a store and then selling Ronnie on eBay for $18-$20. Wouldn’t the seller end up in the hole a few bucks for shipping materials and also be stuck with 3 widely available cars? Anyway, whatever came of the 4-pack with Carla Veloso’s fan; did anyone receive their order back when it appeared briefly on the Target website?

My local Target had 4 boxes with the mini…I am not collecting C2. Anyone needs one let me know.
