Toy story series one of my favorite animated series. Tom Hanks makes the voice acts more fascinating. I watched the last part of this series and waiting for the next part eagerly. Here is the good news they are working on the next project. I am so happy, it’s great news. Thanks 🙂
Don’t forget about Monsters U! Looking forward to that one. In 2013, my kids will be 8, 5, and 3. Safe to say, count us in!
I do agree that they came up with the right ending for Toy Story. No need for another one. Expanded Universe adventures would be be just fine. Maybe they could do an animated series on the Disney Channel with shorts from Cars, Toy Story, Monsters Inc., the Incredibles, etc… Instead of just five minute shorts in between shows, dedicate a 30 minute block each week and have 4 or 5 shorts. Ones from each of the different Pixar franchises. I would rather them do that instead of trying to put out two movies a year like they are thinking about doing.
Why? The Toy Story series ended perfectly with the third film. They should do more Toy Story shorts instead.
I sure hope not. Toy Story 3 was a good ending. Don’t ruin it. Maybe some more shorts; but not another full blown movie.
Pixar is becoming home of the sequels. I realize it’s cheaper and easier to do these sequels, because they already have a lot of the animations already made. However, I wish they would start focusing more on newer stories and properties.

It’s only cheaper and easier to do sequels when they reuse the original CGI models. They actually created all-new ones for Toy Story 3 because technology has improved so much that they were able to do new designs for Woody and friends that looked nearly identical but actually had more texture detail, more expressive faces, etc.

HOLY WOW!!!! i knew for a fact that was it,over,finished. this post surprised the heck out of me. PIXAR: DO IT GOOD!! Dont Ruin TOY STORY!!!! it ended the series great, make it a good one!
