He just walked in Sears, plunked down his cash and Kmart CARS Day #6 – DONE. CHECKED OFF. NEXT?!
BTW, the giant KMart logo is a sticker … though like the Mater exclusive, probably not really designed for peeling off …
Dan also says there were all three sets of the new CARS 2 racers but only one set left of the CARS 1 … 🙂

I am going to Sears today considering some people in different places have found these already. 🙂
None at my Sears, unfortunately.
I tried those upc codes and Kmart and Sears say they have three hundred of them. So I assome they pull up ‘Cars 2’ cars not specific cars. Am I right in assuming that??
(MET: The UPC’s for each is unique and different from the regular CARS ones though Sears could lump them all together).
Not necessarily — my Kmart told me they got in 5 master cartons of Kmart Day 6 Cars yesterday. Assuming there are still 4 cases per carton, that would be 400 Cars. So if yours got in 4 master cartons, that would be 320 Cars.

On the box, the same “Do Not Place on Shelf Prior To May 16, 2011” label that I’ve seen on every other case so far…
I hope they have Cars left over for the event…
Still no Kmart exclusive 2 packs with racer and crew chief…
Are there only 20 to a case? And if so, are there four empty spaces? Or is the box a new shape for singles?

So they did follow directions after all, for the first time.
Maybe all the Kmarts in the nation complained about the pegwarmers left behind (and still there!).
We will be going to Kmart next Saturday only because we want one of those posters for my son’s room. Oh yeah, and Ramone. Hopefully Kmart day 7 will be better.
My Sears originally didn’t want to put out the initial stock of regular Cars 2 stuff until the movie came out, so I highly doubt they’ll have these out until September (if at all).
I’ve never seen Cars at our local Sears… as much as I’d like to get these now, I’ll have to wait until the event… I will order a case on pre-sale on Sunday, but I have never gotten a case before the event and don’t think that will happen this time around either…
Was just at Sears last weekend (two different locations, in fact). There were CARS 2 displays near the kids’ clothing section, but none of the Kmart CARS. Guess I’ll have to check again (gotta go back anyway to return some clothes).
