Best find today Kmart is showing a Walmart Exclusive on their website

At first I didn’t think that I was going to get the L&S cars, but now I have decided to get the Spy Mater with machine guns and Finn McMissile with weapon. I hope they make machine gun sounds because that would be awesome! My wife is going to be thrilled when my 3 year old plays with these!
I just got back from a few hour tour of my local WM locations open 24 hours… Got all 4 connecting playsets, a couple more deluxe vehicles, a few singles, 3 launchers AND the WM exclusive Spy Mater w/ Lights+Sounds… Sorry to say he doesn’t make shooting sounds but he is impressive nonetheless. So are Finn & LMQ (LS).
Does the L&S Finn you got have the gun on the side? TRU had one up yesterday on their website that looked pretty cool but today it is not there. Also, how much was Walmart charging for the L&S cars and the deluxes?
Are you able to look on your receipt for the WM exclusive lights and sounds mater to figure out what the upc and or item numbers are for this item?

Kmart took this off their site, so I guess it is only available in the stores.

Seriously doubt they were pulled down, more likely they are sold out already. Every Cars 2 item that has not yet been released is already sold out, including the newer launchers.
Wouldn’t TRU say sold out if they were sold out?
And TRU still has Nigel, Shu Max and Mcqueen launchers for presale tonight.
Only the newest ones were removed, Lewis Hamilton and Miguel, and Raoule
And I had them in my “cart” and didn’t check out!! 😥
I put I few items in my cart too, but decided to wait and see what was going to be in the store first. When I went back, the cart was almost empty. I guess the old saying is still true, “he who hesitates is lost” 🙁
Had able to order Sumo wrestler 1 & 2 earlier.
Does anyone have a check list of the singles cases B & C with how many of each one in the case? I need a copy to complete my shopping list for Monday.

Went to Walmart today in Colorado Springs CO and they had the single cars out. Also got the Double Decker Bus. Still missing a few. Went to Target nothing yet but the pegs are hanging with signs ready for Monday. Turned out to be a good day. 🙂
I haven’t had any problems ordering from TRU, with the exception of the shiny wax hauler. I ordered all the movie moments and deluxe items, picked up a few at Target, and caught a few early on at Family Dollar. Only have about 12 left and most from K-mart. With gas prices I didn’t mind paying shipping if it meant that I didn’t have to drive all over town to get them, especially when it means bringing a 3 year old along. (TRU was free shipping too)
TRU ad is on line now and the 5 pack Tokyo rivalry is 15.99 on sale.
I hope its not just this one 5 pack. Even thought the ad says Monday, some TRU’s will be selling on Sunday if rumours are correct.

Wow…they updated their website!! Can’t believe it..full of Cars 2…really nice!
It is tempting to order some things online from TRU… but they shipped wrong product the last 2 times I did order from them online, and since my nearest TRU is 75 miles away… I’m going to pass.
However, I may go to church tonight so I can be at the store tomorrow morning when they open…
I placed an order through Toys R Us online. Now all I need to find on Monday are the single packs and a few odds and ends pieces. 🙂

Does anyone know for sure that lights & sounds (spy mater) is a walmart exclusive??? They have it online at kmart.com (a picture). In the picture it has a walmart sticker. Maybe it is the regulare lights & sounds mater??
The great news is there is NO need to buy the 3 packs becasue everything is released as a single or Deluxe…am I correct about that?

There is no need to buy a 3 pack unless you can get the discounts Kohl’s has right now. 20% off pixar toys and 30% off for the Kohl’s card. Without those discounts, you are better off getting the deluxe and 2 singles. With the discounts, it is like getting the deluxe for full price, 1 single half price and second single free.
I really wish they would give us some more of Finn McMissile in these case assortments.

MET your case E count is incorrect. Instead of 4 LMQ with Racing Wheels it must be 2 Winner Circle McQueen for a total of 24. A pic of WInner Circle will be great if you have one of course!

That’s cool that they have all this stuff on their website which is great for someone who doesn’t have a TRU near them. I’ve only ordered a Sarge’s Boot Camp from them because it was on sale last summer for $15. I had ordered something else and had free shipping. The box set came and it was correct, but I have read too many stories on this site about the wrong items being shipped. I hope you have a TRU near you, so exchanges won’t be a pain in the butt.

So between now and Monday, we have left to get the Miguel/Shu/Fran/LMcQ 4 pack from Target, Metallic McQueen from TRU, 7 two packs from Walmart, Pit Crew Mater from Kmart, Deluxe Sumo Wrestlers, Siddeley, and singles of Rod Redline and Miles Axelrod wherever we find them. I hope that will get us through until after Summer Vacation…or at least until Kmart day 6!
