Disney Pixar CARS 2: Spinmaster “Air Hogs” Finn McMissile
From another large licensor of CARS 2, “Spinmaster” announces their Finn McMissile that can climb walls …
“This Finn McMissile RC vehicle zips across the floor, and front wheels allow it to transition up the wall. Then race along the walls using zero gravity Air Hogs technology from Spin Master.”
Hard to tell the actual size or scale but looks like to be about 4-6″ inches?
Since they don’t mention that it’s ceiling-capable, it might be too heavy? (some Air Hog RC’s can travel across the ceiling).
Can you fire the missiles from the controller? A normal feature on RC Air Hogs?

You can compare to the Mattel’s large play version of Finn McMissile or to Mattel’s microchip McQueen Alive (not technically an RC since you don’t actually control it when it drives around).

It’s great! No missiles though. And as for driving on the ceiling it does well although the instructions tell you not too. Check Ebay – I was able to finangle two this evening but kept one to play with.

That wall crawler video is pretty cool. How exactly does that work anyway. Are the wheels sticky?
I think its similar to a vacuum cleaner and sucks it to the wall.
That’s actually pretty cool-looking. I always thought the bodies on these wallicrawlers were just a thin piece of vac-formed plastic painted to vaguely resemble a car. This actually looks good! Can’t wait to check one out!
I spoke to our guy at TRU here in TO – Wonderin’ if they are goin’ to get more stuff in the cars die cast dept…
He pretty much told me they are waitin’ on the cars 2 stuff…

This Spinmaster Finn McMissile is definitely something I’m going to check out… my grandchildren will love playing with it.
