I really hope my store gets this case and the previous one… Last case I saw was Matti assorted case from different cases back in Oct 2010…. Nothing new… I’m in panic mode right now since they are listed as NFC… 🙁
I am now dressed as Sheldon James Plankton jr. (from Spongebob) because I have an evil plan…. Let’s buy every CARS from the shelves from every stores. I said EVERYTHING. After they have restocked you return everything back. If they have restocked again without anything new they will be flooded with peg warmer and it will force a huge SALE, kind of “two-for-one”. Then the stuff we don’t want to see will finally go way and THEN the new CARS we be OURS!!!! WOUAAHHAHAHAHA (Evil laugh)
What do you think? That’s a good plan…Common! IT-IS-A-GOOD-PLAN… no? Don’t let me down please!… OK… I will think about something else… BUT I will be back!… PLANKTON.
My prediction is there will be plenty of Bye Bye cars to go around in a couple months. Many of the stores got backed up with older toons. Many of which were at one time hard to find.
I believe they have produced enough to go around. Once more stores run low there will be plenty of newer ones. Then the Bye Bye car will be like every other toon single clogging the pegs as we await more newer ones.
I was thinking of doing just that after coming up with nothing again during my rounds yesterday.
Sorry, Plankton, but Target’s distribution system is eviler-than-thou. Most everything is gone except for the leftover Toons, and the pegs are bare. Doesn’t seem to matter, it’s been that way for a few weeks. Guess they’re waiting to unload the last 10 leftover 9-packs, still marked down to $29.99…
I did score a Milton Calypeer on ROR card last week (there was a ROR Patti, too), but I figure that was a previously-bought return from an Ebay scalper using a receipt from a more recent purchase; can’t believe it would have been circulating around Target’s distribution system for all that time.
The local WM isn’t any better.
Off topic but FYI– Monsters Inc 2 is coming out Friday, November 2 2012. So get ready! Even though that’s both more than a year and a half away and I’m more interested in Cars2! 🙂

Actually, I think they are… I have no idea when, but it has been a major rumor on some of the Cars 2 Turntables on YouTube!
I’m with some of the negative nellie’s on here as well- Chicago has been just flat-out ridiculous, and I’m getting rather cross about it.
Not even any Walmart restocks. Plus, it seems anyone who finds any of the new stuff is giving the same story: “I have new stuff, and I want to trade for Stu, Brian, or Chuck.”
It’s enough to make me consider purchasing a Mega-Size case from CTC, and if I get no trade-takers for the extra Miles or Leroy, I’ll just smash them along with Marco and Elvis with a hammer out of incessant crazed frustration that everytime I find anything noone ever wants to trade for it.
At this point, it feels like I will have to resort to paying twice as much for these FL’s since every other person only wants to use them for trading fodder.
(MET: The bright side is your YouTube video will be very popular … I cannot imagine you’ll find zero takers for Miles or Leroy).
Guess I know what I am doing on the way to work tomorrow, woot!

It feels like I’ll never see this case. I keep buying out my Target, only to see them restock first with the “re-release” case and now the Matti / Marty / Matthew / Marlon case all over again. We’ll see what they put out this week, but seeing how they never got the Duff / Milo / Valerie / Marilyn / Johnathan / Timothy case, I’ll be curious to see if they just skip that case and get this one next.
That happened to us…everytime we empty the pegs, they re-stocked the Matti case again..and after the 3rd. time we got these 4!! And in the other hand we rarely saw Valerie’s case..maybe twice!
I looked at the 2010 poster and according to what is actually on the market somewhere… Only two CARS have not been announced to be released soon. DELUXE Mater with Cone Teeth and Hauler Shiny Wax… Are we really in 2011… Are you sure we are done with year 2010???
These Final Laps, DELUXE Leroy Traffik with Snow Tires, DELUXE Miles, TOON Bye bye Kar are not real. I believe all these pictures and people telling they have find them is a big hoax… I refuse to be anxious to buy them because they don’t exist… (I try to destroy the frustration by using this auto-psychology treatment myself… Is this will work?… I doubt it…)

This week the Final Four (and I do not mean basketball teams!) arrived at one Target in Pierce County, WA and Deluxe LeRoy Traffik and Deluxe Miles were at the South Hill Wal-Mart store in Puyallup, WA. Now, if I could find Marvel Universe action figures (Captain Britain and Mystique) as easily I’d wet my oil pan!
I found a Captain Britain at Target in Everett. Can’t find any recent FL’s up here. Went to Everett, Alderwood, and Woodinville. Zilch! Though there alot of guys up here looking.

I mean, I hear you guys finding all these super cool final lap cars and when I strike it big with being one of the first to find Bye Bye Kar all of a sudden I see you “assuming” that it’s a lie. Is that JUST because you have never seen it or have it??? The nerve of some people…

Bessie looks like a peg warmer compare to BBK… No Bye Bye Kar is presently available on Ebay and only 17 have been sold on Ebay… one loose…the one who did that make me scream….noooooooo!!!) My patience is so thin right now… soooo thin.

My Wal-Mart pegs are EMPTY for Cars Toons and FULL for the Lentys. Based on the feedback for what everyone thinks about Lentys, I now know why that is. I think that was why they released the Bye Bye Kar.

I found them in the Dayton (Ohio) area this weekend at 1 of the 4 Target stores I stopped at… friends also found them in western Indiana and Oregon…
Derek Decal Dobbs was the one in short supply.
The other 3 stores had the Duff/Milo case with a several leftover Matti and Marlon… Target distribution is mind-boggling and illogical.
I could not believe how light Swift Alternator is… only 1.5 ounces according to my USPS scale… he’s a full ounce lighter than WOC Leroy Traffik.
My son found them Friday. 2 each except the Corianders were already gone.
He found the Corianders today. Seems the stocker did not put the whole case out at once. There were two lone Corianders on the pegs.
