Did You Ever Really Take A Really Good Look At The New Disney Cars 2 Poster ???
A few weeks ago Disney released the new Cars 2 poster along with hi-res concept images and the first teaser trailer. Though i have a keen eye I never (up until now) noticed that the new poster has some minor variation to the traditional world map.The creative team at Pixar embedded some CARS characters at various locations around the globe making the new world map a true CARS world.
Take a good look at the map – let me know if your recognize more characters (Maybe some from the new movie….)
Cars 2 is scheduled to be released on June 24th , 2011 .

LOL that is fantastic I had no idea they were in there, great find. I don’t know how I missed it. I guess I need to work on my observation skills.
The best part of it (for us, at least) is that it is coming out on June 24th …… Aiden’s 6th birthday (hence the “AidensMom624” name on TFAD). Maybe I should buy ALL the seats in a showing and have his party that way … LoL !

I was unaware of the hidden treasures on the poster when it was posted a few weeks back.
Anybody that lives in / knows Canada well must be having a chuckle at the fact that Mater is Newfoundland, perfectly matching Maters characteristics!
This is exactly what I was thinking when I saw it!!! Funny. They do it in prupose? No. I think it is just a coincidence, because the location fit just right… Whatever this map is just so cool…

Laurence, your in the Houston area, right? Just found the Target X-mas 5pk at the “Katy West” Super Target-Grand Parkway (99) and Westheimer. Got tired of looking close to me and found them there, 11 left on the shelf and YES in the stockroom.
I see three cars…are there more…I can’t identify the third down near cuba
One of the great lake (Superior) has also a car shape but cannot say if it can be Holley Shitfwell… Maybe a zoom in will help…
There are at least 5 that I can see:
• Mater (off New Foundland)
• Lightning McQueen (off the United Kingdom)
• Luigi? (above Lightning)
• Finn McMissile (over the Dominican Republic)
• Cars 2 Racer? (over Lake Superior)
guess what, lightning mcqueen is over ireland, in fact it its right over my house, beat that!

I bet the Luigi like car over lightning is the villain in the movie..the one with the monocle
