Happy Halloween! Have a Banshee Halloween!
Happy Halloween!
Yes, “SweetBug” and her husband might be just slightly more talented than you in pumpkin carving …
Don’t eat too much candy!
Happy Halloween!
Thanks “Sweetbug,” for the great pics and the great skill!
Wow that is pretty amazing. Great work. I don’t know how I missed this yesterday my son is going to love this when he sees it, but then I am sure he will want to make one.
thats great work.
we dont do much for halloween in australia
its slowly taking off.
wish i could carve like that to impress the kids
Thanks for all the kudos! You all are awesome!
My husband wants me to tell you: It took about three hours to carve the Banshee. The hardest part was the treads, they took a lot of time because of the minute details. And the only part that is carved all the way through the shell is at the bottom: where you can see “the ghostlight” which Mater leaves behind. It is only the third pumpkin my husband has ever carved (I’m so proud!). Pumpkin carving became easier when we invested in a kit of clay modeling tools which we picked up at an art supply store. The scale of the Banshee is the same as the Mini Adventures set, if you look close you can see Mater in front of the Banshee in the top picture. We hope you all had a happy and safe Halloween. And Met: I could hardly contain my husband when he saw the post. He started calling everybody to go check out TakeFive! Thanks Met!
That is awesome! Now that’s the way to carve a pumpkin!!

Love it!!!
Awesome work on those!!! 😀
Now that’s impressive! I managed to carve a Thomas the Tank Engine pumpkin for Stig Jr. when he was three (lit it with a blue lightstick), but nothing anywhere near this elaborate!
You better run! There’s a Banshee around here somewheres…
awesome
cool!
Major Kudos deserved here…
Nice 😀
WOW!!
Great job… 2 years ago my wife carved a McQueen onto a pumpkin for me… it took her almost 4 hours.
This Banshee is an absolute masterpiece… Thank you for sharing.
Well done…reminds me of the ones Jeanne from Missouri did last year!!!
If thats not just a projection on the pumpkin thats fantastic.
