Due to issues this morning on Node2, we are running some emergency software updates and expect ~45 minutes downtime during the subsequent service resets. We apologize for this unexpected downtime, and would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

Update 10:50AM: We are encountering some problems running the updates, we hope to have service on Node2 restored ASAP.”

There is more behind the scenes work as they have to reset the reset apparently so if we disappear again later … we have been forced marched to nap-time.

“Note that due to the nature of the initial server crash, each VPS will require a quota recalculation which is automatically done one VPS at a time, this means each VPS will go down at one point within the next ~6 hours or so for roughly 20 minutes while quotas recalculate, and then it will be brought back online again. I will post a full update on the reason for the outage and what happened within the next hour or two.
