Target & Walmart: Retail News
Good news if you know how to do math AND pay off your bills monthly …
Target is planning on offering you a 5% discount on your purchase if you use your Target credit card. That’s the good math.
The bad math – it’s pointless if you do not pay it off by the end of the month – their annual APR (interest) – @25% – so 5% discount – good – 25% APR not good at all … but hey, what’s a little math between friends? You do know math, right? Or has it been a while? 🙂
Starting this Autumn – just in time for the Fall reset …
And for retail geeks, a comprehensive special report from TWICE magazine on the new Consumer Electronics look and redesign of WalMart … and Target is also expanding and updating the gaming and electronics sections …
Target already offers 10% shopping passes each time you charge $1000. Like Met said, if you are good about paying the balance each month this is not hard to do. I use it for everything from groceries to medicine to utility bills that take credit. Getting another 5% off target stuff will be great!
stayin away from any extra credit cards. I already get 3-5% cash back on the 3 I have.
To make this a success, they need to model after Kohl’s with the exclusive % off coupons for cardholders.
Hey is that your bentley?
Title say .. Walmart and Target.. but I see nothing related to Walmart in your post! ??
(MET: Last paragraph).
Look! It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s the TFAD UFO above Target!!
(MET: Next time I’ll add lasers).
