Found Dragon Lightning McQueen with Oil Stains yesterday at TRU in Aurora, IL. Saw a few Yokuza there as well. No sign of anyone else.
Also the Dragon LM did not have the checklist book. Never saw that around here at all.

These cases need to get onto shelves so that stores can get some SELLABLE STOCK. No one wants Nurse Kori and the Orderly Pitties. Surely Mattel has figure that out by now… right??
I really don’t think Mattel is aware of it — they only know they shipped 10,000 cases to Wal-Mart, 5,000 cases to Target, 2,500 overseas, 10 cases to K-Mart, and 2,490 cases to smaller retailers. And then to make matters worse, each retailer just tracks them by assortments, so they don’t know if they have 50 Orderly Pitty’s or 50 Yokoza’s.
Have not seen any Tokyo Mater Cars in San Diego yet. I am really looking forward to this case!
I heard that the Bessie R? case is sitting in the Mattel Warehouses in LA as well. So what is the hold up for her USA release?

Yeah I am excited to see the Tokyo mater cars here in the US, but as you stated there are just so many older cars clogging the shelves I don’t see them ordering new stock any time soon.
Even with the sale that Target had a few weeks ago hardly any moved.
