Mattel Disney Pixar Diecast CARS: Final Lap – MORE NEW CARS!
There were about 40 new CARS on the Final Lap list.
We have had 15 released so far – leaving about 25 between now and November – give or take 6-7 cases or about 1 case per month … presuming 3-4 NEW Final Lap CARS per case, that math pretty much works out.
Well, now the official list now contains 31 Final Lap CARS unreleased … some of the CARS were shown off as prototypes so it was presumed they were coming even though they were not on any official list such as Tim Rimmer so that accounts for about 6 of them …
… but there are definitely THREE new CARS added to the list.
One of the few CARS un-released from the Blu Ray finder so not really a huge surprise …
Again, not a massive surprise as it was not only one of the few McQueen variants not released or made AND the ONLY McQueen scene-variant in the Blu Ray finder yet un-released.
But a long time request looks finally to be coming!

And no, there’s no Race Damaged No Stall … um, a TRU box set with a couple other race damaged CARS plus Tongue McQueen & Charlie Checker? Just guessing … :-0
So if they really are going with at least 31 CARS to be released in the Final Lap collection, they are either have to jam a lot more cases at us or Final Lap might extend to early 2011 because the re-release list grows much longer so well, enjoy the new CARS on the list and check back this afternoon for an updated Final Lap checklist.*
* PLUS, now that CHASE CARS are becoming lenticular, there 4 (or 5) of the CHASE CARS coming that have never appeared previously such as Mater with Blue Hood so will be appear as a Final Lap CAR also? Other CHASE CARS that come with an oil can clearly are just with chase accessories … so discounting Ransburg Metallic King, that’s at least 4 more Final Lap CARS and maybe 5? for a total of 36 New Final Lap CARS to come?

Sooo glad we finaly got FL cars in the UK,
Final Lap might as well be Final Fantasy line of Cars for us in Australia.
Still like a 17 year old on his first date I got lucky today and found two Shifty Drug Haulers (1 for HTB) and one Vinyl Toupee Hauler today plus Chase Van (sans Stickers). Bessie a few weeks and now these means a little happy dance.
More new Final Laps! First Race Damaged Mood Springs, now Race Damaged Leak Less! They should do this to No Stall next!
is there still a store that sells milton calypeer besides ebay or an online site? I haven’t had a chance to get my hands on one.
Big Lots is the one place that you might get lucky and find the Race O Rama card back Cars like Milton. It’s a long shot, but other than TFAD or Ebay, I can’t think of other likely sources. Good luck.
I’ve had some luck getting older ROR and WOC era cars at drug stores around Chicago, especially Osco drug (at the Jewel Osco combination grocery and drug stores). The trick seems to be getting to the old stock before they convert to Lenticular. So maybe some drug stores around you have old stock still on the shelves?
Thanks for the great news Met… can’t wait for race damaged Leak Less! Actually, I’m looking forward to finding ANY Final Lap cases beyond D, before they are scalped. I still don’t have damaged Mood Springs in hand and my scalp is really starting to hurt – ouch!

This is actually good news for me, since the Target’s I visit have finally started to put these out at a regular pace and in good amounts. It only took them 4 -5 cases to get their act together.
Any way to get a list of the 31 unreleased final lap cars?

I already made the LEAFY McQueen! I made it just as I was about to clean out the BIRD CAGE! I just set the car in the bottom of the trash can… Sprayed it with 3-M Spray Glue, then I dumpted the bottom of the pan… All of those bird seeds huls look just like LEAFS… Some are even different color hahahah or should I say in Black and White.
Awesome, can’t wait. I haven’t seen any new non toons new car in months and doubt I’ll find any in the wild anytime soon.
We have a few lenticulars but our peg warmers are the color changers and toons.
maybe but why are there no loose cars for sale on ebay from china for new cases yet to be released ? its seems production has stoped or there were no factory defects?theres allways defects but yet nothing new is in sight .
