I know I don’t collect lenticular cars anymore but I went to Walmart yesterday when I went to get Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel on DVD, I found 2 Chase cars! They were Bling Bling Lightning McQueen with Piston cup, and Ransburg The King. I looked for Chase Ransburg Ramone but they didn’t have him.

Because of the number of languages in the EU you are required to have packaging that can be sold in all the different countries. Manufacturers get around this by creating certain langauge codes that cover the main markets for instance English/German/French/Spanish/Italian would give you access to a large chunk of the market. The problem comes with the smaller countries and having to create packaging for them. By standarising the front of the card Mattel can use the front in all EU markets and only need to change the back. The use of symbols saves big bucks and can extend print runs also saving money.
If anyone wants these I am always willing to help.

I like International cardback Cars… I have several… well over 100. I have decided to cut back though… to International Chase Cars and rarer ones that we can’t get in the US, such as the new Night Skyline Movie Moments Mr and Mrs King and Tow Cap and Gasprin.
I’m glad to have international friends who help me out…
yeah i saw those 3 lenticular at tesco,
but it seems everywhere is only stocking them now,
i have pretty much given up looking and buying!
