Lenticular CARS – you can’t hope to contain them and you can’t stop ’em …
If fact, they are pretty much a lock and throw-away-the-key in the West bracket …
Well, Murray State has a shot but while they might take out a lenticular in the opening, they have too many lenticulars left to battle …
(All Hoopster fans (and those who know nothing but work in an office) – please explain March Madness and Bracketology) 🙂
In other words – Lenticulars are coming to the US Disney Stores retail stores sometimes this week – Wednesday might be the tipoff.
Some are already available online.

I saw an interesting thing happen to our Cars recently. A squirrel has entered and become part of the decision making powers that be. He moved quickly, imparting his will on the design process, replacing normal static eyes with moveable googly ones.

The lenties are closer to the real movie with actual movin’ eyes… So why not, eh?!?!
I love the fact that Shatty, errr… I mean Matty is making two thousand characters come to life… And I still want them all, but lenticular formation will do for now since the new wave of characters will be upon us in a year or so with the new CARS DEUX.

on an unrelated note, I thought the Easter Egg cars this year were only at Target. I saw a bunch of them at Fred Meyer yesterday. Were they Target-only last year?
I believe the Holiday specials have always been Target exclusives until this batch.
Been searching all last week & this week At several targets in south-west Michigan with no luck on the Newest final lap case!!! last weekend some of the stores did get a 2nd case D, Donna pitts, one eye mater & nick stickers. I also found 2 of each at walmart, with th exception of wet mcqueen. Chase king looks nice!!!!! Hope case E arrives here in the next few days, 🙁

I can’t figure out what’s been worse the last few months — Lenticulars or the new Domino’s Pizza!

The pizza itself is good, it’s just they drench the crust in some sort of garlic sauce — you can still smell it on your hands after 3 days and numerous showers.

I hope Carl P. returned that Jay Limo. That’s total false advertising! It says right on the package “Look! My Eyes Change!” and yet they do not change at all. What a ripoff!
On a more serious note, why oh why did they make Final Laps a Target exclusive? Was Mattel seriously worried that they wouldn’t sell if they were in other stores too? And why not sell them internationally? Where is the logic? (I know, I know, logic and Mattel are arch enemies)
I know, I really hate the Final Lap strategy. It’s been “one and done” at my store — if you miss a case, tough luck Charlie!
At least with regular releases I can rely on my Gerbes (Kroger) store to have them a few months after the big box stores. But not with Final Lap. 🙁
My SuperTarget here just restocked Case E. Found a second case today at the same Target I found them last week. So maybe just maybe some Targets are getting more than one case E.

I picked all 3 up last Saturday at a Target in Manchester Ct. I was baffled when I saw them because I am yet to find the Final Lap versions.
I found them today as well at WM in Merrimack NH, also scored the Chase King.

Yes, last Friday in Jefferson City and then on Saturday on Columbia.
My Mom spotted remnants of Case E in Tinley Park, so they are definitely hitting your area.
Technical foul on John! He’s using his Mom to search for additional Cars. Now, I know that’s a violation of the Cars Rules of Searching Handbook! Let me see, now what page was that again?
He even refers to her as a “spotter”, which is a known violation of the CRSH! 😉
