Funny, my son has some cars that look just like that, except it wasn’t on purpose!
There have been dozens sold on ebay, but not one has been shown in its package so far.
Wrecked Moody gets my vote for Car of the year. Its been a long wait for this sculpture.

I just had an idea on the bus home-
What if they did post-crash SOTS racers? If you recall in the film, a number of racers got scratched paint jobs. Then you could do No Stall and Leak Less’ panic moment properly.

This guy looks both awesome and realistic! Looks just like the one from the movie! Mattel should do this to Leak Less and No Stall next!

I have this one and I can tell you it instantly became my favorite! Mattel went out of their way making this CAR! Why would they make a toy that looks destroyed? The level of detail is unmatched. I still cannot believe the engineering that went into the casting of this car. The metal body fits perfectly to the plastic base. The wheels are all independent of each other and have their own pin holding them on. The wheels are smaller but still color matched and lettered. (and no, it doesn’t roll very well) Amazing detailed graphics artfully applied to the twisted body. (Still don’t know how they did that) This car is a beautiful 3D rendering of the one you see in the movie. A must have! BRAVO MATTEL!

i got him for £7GBP shipped. think that works out around $12. not too bad.
I paid about the same. Too bad we have to buy these from backdoor bootleggers.
i got him off ebay a couple weeks ago. he is very, very nice in a wrecked way of course! he does roll, although only on 3 wheels as 1 is stuck up in the air. i think he will easily fit into you holding case mike H as hes no longer than the normal mood springs and not even as tall as dj! he doesnt dissapoint! if anyone would like a picture of him beside the normal mood springs, just give me an email – derekirvine@btinternet.com
I’m just wondering if he’ll fit in a slot in my 110 car-holding case.
Otherwise, I may have to have him and Tow put into one of the larger display areas in the haulers-holding case.
Can you imagine how freaky this one will look as a lenticular!!! Probably go back and forth to partial cross-eyed with only one eye.
Of course, if they could make the eyes appear to roll around like a cartoon character hit over the head… now that’d be cool…

Now for some interesting new. the car will NOT fit on the TRUCK’S HOOK, so I had to cut out a notch so the hook would fit up under the car enabling the truck to pull the car. It doesn’t look like this car has a pre-made slot to fit the truck… SO I GUESS NEXT YEAR THE MEGA SIZE WRECKED MOOD SPRINGS WITH SLOT will be release for $9.99!

He should be in the Diecast Hall of Fame.
this one looks sweet! I’m gonna take what I can get on this one even if it’s lenticular. I can dream, maybe the lenticular part will just be the really tiny eye part.
Now this is why this line is so amazing. Who else would go out of their way to buy a beaten up diecast car? Me and a bunch of others it seems.
