There are now two Mater Tall Tales: Unidentified Flying Mater megasize diecasts:
A Military HumVee – presumably either TJ repainted or Sven without the hair …
Plus a Military helicopter, hopefully more than just the Rescue Squad Heli repainted but that might be wishful thinking …

Dudes, I totally want camo Mia and Tia with the cute little hats.
MTT are basically what’s keeping me interested at this point because Final Slap is too aggravating. I guess that was the master plan. Well it’s barely working on me and only because I am a diehard fan.
I am going to focus on creating my ultimate Cars display so that I can try to stay positive, othwerwise, I get too crabby.
Am I missin’ somethin’???
I LOVE these cars – Don’t get me wrong…
But I would rather see twelve more episodes of Mater’s Tall Tales than to complete one single episode in die cast cars… Even as a completist who CRAVES CARS!!!
The fact that Mattel has given us – What ‘s the count at now – Two hundred cars and haulers and such from ONE SINGLE MOVIE?!?!?!?! Is Star Wars even in contention?????

Plenty of Nurse Kori, Orderly Pitties, Mater the Greater Pitties, Burnt LMQ, Rescue Squad Heli, and Ambulance in my woods. No sign of new FL, Tokyo, Mood Springs Hauler, or Sidewall Shine LYL. It’s hurry up and wait time I guess…
On this same subject, they release Crew chiefs last year in the Easter eggs, but the haulers still are not out. So we get haulers, no chiefs or pitties, or we get chiefsbut not the haulers. If you want the entire pit row, its going to take lots of patience, as Mattel doles the jewels out very slowly, making every one wait and wait.

they’ve kept us strung along for 4-5 years now..
In the end its all about money……if we could get evrything easy then we wouldnt get the buzz of a new find and the cars line would have died a death, does not make any sense to a collector but a lot of people are paid a lot of money to work out releases and distribution.
Thats my way of making sense of a crazy crazy line of fantastic toy cars.

How about finish one episode at a time and then start releasing the new ones!!??

I have to agree Mr. T. I don’t understand the release order of this Car Toons stuff at all. We haven’t even seen anything from El Materdor Mater yet ( at least from Mattel). Now we are getting Cars from the 5th episode. However they just released another 4 pack from Mater the Greater and we are starting to get Tokyo Mater Cars now. Just wierd all the way around. Mattel distribution is getting worse. Target has exclusives, Toys R Us has others. One case there is too many of. The next one not enough. 4 chases in one case, none in the next. The Distribution of Disney Cars is just all over the place lately. You never know what your going to find anymore. What’s next, the Walmart exclusive lenticlular N20 cola with piston cup with dark rims variant? Who knows anymore.
I “second” this comment and add : KIll the lenticular and bring back the regular eyes cars to INTERNATIONAL market ..
Even in the picture it looks like we will see dinoco/rescue helicopter.
