I beleive race o rama packaging is a thing of the past–why do you ask? I’m I missing something?
has the race o rama packaging stopped being made or not?
(MET: The Mattel 1:55 series, yes … but technically you will still find new CARS things with Race O Rama … like yo-yos and stuff like that …).
If you would take a look at the picture on the package of a bling bling McQueen-the outer wheel is silver, the piston cup is gold, and the inner wheel is gold–it’s one of those spinner wheel things.

Looking at them from left to right, what’s the difference between the first two? I know the last two are Googly eyed.
(MET: The Bling that came in the three pack has slightly different eyes than the single card).
Look closely….then peek below for the answer!
Clue: It is in the eyes – – – not lenticular but still “shifty”.
The eyes are separated slightly and shifted a bit towards the driver’s side.

I think the second one from the left with the closer eyes is the 3 pack one (with Gold Mia and tia). ??

If memory servers me correctly only the Piston Cup emblem on the wheels should be gold. Spokes/rim should be chrome, Piston Cup gold. But hey, what do I know, maybe there’s two versions? Not…………. 🙂

Would look pretty cool in the 1/24 scale I think,with real spinning rims!
After all the bull we have seen produced in all scales I wonder why no more then 3 were ever made in the die cast 1/24 Scale serie!

They’ve priced them ridiculously high when you add in sales tax and shipping from MattyCollector.com. None of them have sold out so obviously they are not selling too well but they do look cool.

Met any truth to the rumour that Bling Bling with gold wheels will come out in the Final Lap Series?
(MET: Bling is not on the list but that’s not to say it’s 100% not coming … since we don’t really know if the CHASE element of the Bling now is the CAR with gold rims or the cup).

That last bling bling with the gold wheels is still incorrect…..
A little Tamiya clear yellow and you can make your own that is much closer to correct…..
I know I’m not a lenticular collector anymore but I want that Bling Bling McQueen with the correct gold rims!
Ahhhhhh, but the rims are not correct, only the CENTER of the rim, the Piston Cup itself, should be gold.
I know! What a cop out! I guess Ill have to resort to taking a yellow sharpie to the wheels myself.
Well after between 2 and 3 1/2 feet of snow from South Central NJ to Washington DC I don’t know how much Cars hunting will be done in those areas. The big dig is going on as many areas got absolutely hammered with snow. Incredibly another storm may be on the way! Unless you have a life size Yeti handy might not be the best day to go too far. I hope all our friends in the hard hit areas are well. Take it easy and try to enjoy it.
