3 versions!!With and without oilstains in so called die cast!!And a plastic one in the toons Tokyo playset with the plastic crane!!
If you include the non-diecast version in the Ninja Knockout Track Set, then there are actually 4 versions:
– Dragon Lightning McQueen with Oil Stains
– Dragon Lightning McQueen with Metallic Finish & Collector Guide (with Oil Stains)
– Dragon Lightning McQueen without Oil Stains
– Dragon Lightning McQueen without Oil Stains (Ninja Knockout Track Set – not diecast)
Plus tiny Dragon McQueen from the Tomy Takara Arts Mack truck. He is so cute as well and is the fastest of the four when launched as you would expect!

My question is… when can we have a Ransburg Red? I just found Super Charged Movie Moment @ TRU and pick it up and wonder how would he looks Ransburg. LOL 😀 My TRU had 1 of these and tons of the Woody/Buzz & Mike/Sully. Have to get those too. LOL 😀

Had this one for over 2 weeks allready!!Final lap not in sight but Toons are showing up all over here in Belgium!!
Only difference is the guide has no names with the Cars unlike the U.S.version!!To difficult to write the name in 8 different languages underneath each car!!
Mcqueen looks great but I am doubting if it is real metal cause it wheighs only 2/3 of A normal McQueen!!What is this?
Costed about the same as the previous Night vision McQueen with collector guide 9,99 Euro!!
AL the new cars are shown with lenticular eyes only the chase Cars appear to have fixed eyes!!Really hope so!!

I picked up my 2009 Guide in October for $4 on clearance. At the time they had two pegs full at TRU. I think I’ll be doing the same. I still don’t understand why they don’t release the main character first.

I waited until they put last year’s collector’s guide on clearance because i knew they would have to with so many on the pegs. I could wait because “Night Vision McQueen” was so ho hum. However, this year’s car is HOT!
I hope they hit the pegs soon! They still have LAST YEARS GUIDE clogging pegs here …. just FINALLY put them on clearance last week! 🙂
The 2009 Guides have been something like $3.23 at WM for the 2 weeks or more, maybe I’ll wait it out ’til they do the same with these next year! Meijer stores are around the same price as well.
