Toy R Us Express Stores Open & Opening
Toys R Us is adding toys to many babies R Us locations as well as opening standalone “temp” stores in malls around the country though this final list sees pretty confined to just a bunch of states … though I’m guessing the number of Puerto Rico stores is suddenly much higher?

there are some opening up that arent on this list. there is one in cheektowaga NY on union and galleria drive, i saw them loading the store yesterday
I checked out the Holyoke Mall store last week and for the most part they haven’t got anything special, mostly older haulers and some singles. No Tall Tales or Sarge’s Boot Camp.
Bummer, we were hoping for one here, but none listed in AZ.

Actually, they missed one in Skokie, IL.
I was in that area on Friday, and the Babies R Us next to the Wal-mart had a sign out front.
I went in, but the pickings were pretty slim. They had a stock of the standard cars multi-packs, Cars Toons and Sarge’s Boot Camp. The only thing I saw that made me pause was Gil. They had maybe 3-4 of him.
Still, they’re ahead of the Walmart next door in terms of stock. All WMart has on it’s shelves is maybe 30+ lenticu-lame McQueens, and some Vitoline and Shifty Drug launchers.
(MET: This list doesn’t count Babies R Us …).
I visited one today, to see how much different the selection would be from the Express stores inside Babies R Us. I was very disappointed. They had LOTS of haulers (no Nitroade or Gil though), LOTS of Mack Carrying cases, a case or two worth of minis, a few three-car gift packs, but no singles, no mega size, not even Sarge’s Boot Camp. So…if you don’t have one nearby, you’re probably not missing a thing.
That’s it? Bummer!
