    MIne shipped today. I never expected to be so successful on kmart day. My store usually gets tons of people. I really wish I had not ordered me 2 cases now. if anyone still needs a case let me know. I can forward it on to you for actual cost and actual shipping.

      Kmart really value their customers! Just not international ones. And they have never replied to the email us your address and we’ll get back to you set up that was supposed to allow international customers to order cases.

    New to the case ordering process, I just gave up. Lack of communication from Kmart, the fiasco of the pre-order day plus a bunch of good information here at takefive, it really wasnt necessary to have an unopened day 3 case.

    Hopefully Day 4 will be more interesting.

    I had cancelled my order on saturday. The representative was very nice and apologized. She stated that my order was supposed to arvice on 10-17 and she called my local store and verified they had these in stock.
    She said that saturday would have been the last day to cancel the order.
    I got my fill of the synthetic rubber tire cars.. and I did not need to buy any of the creepy lenticulars (just a weird idea).

    It turned out great that they did not ship

    Well I cancelled 3 different orders on Saturday and spoke to 2 different kmart.com employees who both confirmed that the orders were cancelled, but all 3 orders shipped out today! So I just had a great conversation with an online supervisor who informed me that any presale orders cannot be cancelled, I can only refuse the shipment or return the items to a local Kmart. Apparently the other employees in the department do not know or understand the policy or they wouldn’t have confirmed the cancellation. So beware if you tried to cancel.

      I didn’t even bother trying to cancel the order, it’s going to be returned to a local store when it gets here. I’m not out anything, as it was free shipping. Kmart’s the one losing out, as they’re paying UPS to ship them when a bunch of them could have easily stayed in their warehouse if they knew how to cancel an order.

      Samuel, I got the same line when I called. Refuse or Return . .. you cannot cancel . . . makes no sense . . . it just costs Kmart more money, right??

      I canceled three orders and got instant emails confirming each cancellation.. I left one order,so I could get a sealed case, and that one shipped today.

    I called to try and cancel the order since we were able to get all the Cars for my son via another route. However, the lady said she couldn’t guarantee that the order would be cancelled. Would anyone be interested in the case if I end up receiving it?

      I’ve know people who have very recently cancelled their orders and received cancellation confirmation with no problem. She apparently didn’t know what she was talking about…or was giving you the run around!

    Credit Card Authroization – Verification Departments are back at work calling people to verify multiple orders under same credit card and same addresses.

    Its standard procedure when multiple orders come through for credit card fraud checks.

    so far all of my orders are fine and correct.

    We still have not figured out how to run a pre-sale or properly distribute cases purchased from the internet. We have learned that there are thousands of cases still in the stores, and would suggest going there to get a cheaper price.

    I did not receive an email, but i have been charged 4 different prices for a lot of 3 cases! None of which equals $3.69 a car like other take5 folks have talked about them being in the store. On the phone with Kmart now, will update if you can get the same price as the store in the form of a credit!! Have a great day!!

    I cancelled mine yesterday as I went to a local kmart and found about 10 sealed cases they were putting out.

    No Shipping confirmation yet, but I did receive the above message and my card was charged over night…

    A credit of the $7.20 difference would be nice, but those I have gotten these for are not concerned by the difference… Only $2.10 per set of 7 racers…

    Small price to pay for the comfortable knowledge that these were coming. Had I known of the price difference beforehand, I would have gotten all at the event. When I got home and learned of the delay I rushed back out to the store, but could not get the fixin’s or the other 3 sets I needed. SO I didn’t cancel my order…

      And just like last time, I have received the order confirmation from my second order before my order confirmation from my first order.

      It would be nice to get a 30 cent per Car price adjustment… as they have all been $3.69 at the stores I have purchased from, versus the $3.99 per Car price in the online orders… I’m beginning to think they don’t want to sell the cases online.
