New Carney Plastics Pixar Cars Collector Cases Review Video
Hey there, TakeFiveADay’ers!
It’s not a friday but here is a new video post by me about two new collector case sizes available from our good friends over at Carney Plastics!
They have a killer new 35-unit singles case as well as a 14-unit haulers case now available! Sweet!

Love your reviews, Tiz – more please! We’ve been very much thinking of the Carney Cases, but we’re concerned that the boy will find a way (boys always find a way) to climb up and dismantle… but it would be a great display for our “mommy and daddy” collection of the racers. Of course, that will lead to “why don’t I have those cars?” It’s like a gun, son – not til yer 12, son. (name that movie?)
I bought the Carney CP-21/24 case several months ago for my haulers… It was $90.00 shipped… It is very nice. You can put the racer, crew chief, and pitty next to the hauler.
I was awaiting another review and I am glad it was of the cases. I have been waiting to see those too. Great review and thanks Tiz.
Those credits are extremely cool too! Keep up the good work!
Tiz & Met remind me of Penn & Teller.
Penn talks, Teller doesn’t.
Tiz shows his face, Met is an enigma, wrapped in a riddle, shrouded in mystery.
Tiz reminds me of Matt Frewer …. the guy who played Max Headroom
Cool! First, John Lithgow and now Matt Frewer. I’ll accept those comparisons and certainly welcome a trade in paychecks.
LMBO over Invisible Co-Founder!!
Yes, ever present and yet invisible!
that song is fantastic. Miss Daisy Black?
Yep! I found them over at a site for Creative Commons music. Glad you liked it!
This is video review number 2?
Yes, the first was on the single car cases.
Yep! The first review was on the singles cases that are produced by another company which advertises with us, Diecast Authority. You can see that review here: http://www.takefiveaday.com/2009/08/18/video-review-and-discussion-of-diecast-authority-custom-cases/
45 Unit is $79.50
🙂
I like how the 35 case display shows the cars at an angle and you can see a lot of the car.
The 45 mirrored back makes me feel like I’m looking at 2 cars.
