The Disney Store also has their “RC” playsets on sale – the playsets are mostly in scale with the 1:55 series CARS even though the Disney Store includes their “mini’s” which are much taller in scale …
Mater’s Yard (personally, the weakest of the playsets -the junk is not rendered in great detail, just lumps of plastic).
While Ramone’s House of Art is redundant as there is obviously a 1:55 playset from Mattel – this is actually a slightly better scale as the Mattel one is slightly small.
The Courthouse – other than the strange freeway off ramp jutting off the back, this is actually a nice addition in the right scale to the 1:55 – I’ve only seen it in box but it seems the offramp is its own piece and can be installed elsewhere or not at all …
Each are on sale at $19.99. They are normally @$29.99 … though the lowest sale price I’ve seen on these are $14.99. They are huge so try and get some shipping deal if you buy them.
The US Disney Store will ship international but there are a long list of places they will NOT ship to – so check it out here if you’re international.

Maybe the courthouse off-ramp is for Doc to rush back to his doctor’s office for emergencies…or Mater’s version of a batpole to change from tow truck to fire engine…

BTW, does anyone know if the UK Mater/McQueen stunt set will show up at the US Disney Stores?!?!
The ramp makes perfect sense, how else is Doc or anyone else supposed to get inside the courthouse, certainly not through the door out front.
I think that PitStopToyShop also has the Disney Store Franks…

The strange freeway off ramp jutting off the back the Courthouse reminds me of the strange ramp that goes up to the roof of Ramone’s House of Body Art in the Cars video game. We try to back up as far as we can, and then gun it, attempting to jump the entire length of all the neighboring buildings.

Saw these at the ONLY Disney Store in WA @ Lynnwood. Was tempted to buy, but decided not too. It was not on sale in the store… 🙁
