Hi everyone, I’m writting from Austria. Kind of new by collecting Cars because my boy it’s turning 3 in december. Its terrible to get them here thought we got a TrU in our city but we just got the lencicular last week and haven’t seen any mega size in any of our stores (checking always in Switzerland too). So far we have around 60 cars and i’m waiting for couple of ones. I have my father living in Worcester and use him to send me the ones i can find in internet (hes to old to be running around for me). So, on sunday i was checking in TRU for Car TOONS sets to order them and decide to do it on monday. What a surprise when i saw Sarge Boot camp, YUHUUUU i both them all 3 sets for Diego’s birthday.
Thanks to you guys i now know what is new and what is coming out. A pitty i dont live in USA anymore ( I’ll be more broke than now?!). I’m already getting crazy because i dont know if we are getting the holiday ones.
Do someone knows if Jay Limo is already out???

There is a Charlie Cargo unpackaged on eBay going for $126. I guess the bidders don’t follow T5AD? Or the bidder is an undisciplined collector and cannot wait for the set.

Dude! I am so excited! We (my husband and I) have a list of cars that we will buy if we see them in the store. As soon as I saw the promo box and unpainted vehicles that set went on my “wish list.” I have a feeling these cars will be MINE, like PT Flea and Flik, my son will be allowed to touch them when he stops putting toys in his mouth! I am totally stoked!

I purchased night vision goggles from Sarge’s Supply, have spike strips set out on both ends of the TRU parking lot, and a tow truck on stand by for my local ebayer who always parks his car in the fire lane.
All joking aside, it’s a must have and it’s not going to be easy.

Not happy about it being a TRU only item….since that’ll make it slightly more difficult to acquire the two we’ll need. But it is most definitely a buy on sight item.
If it’s anything like last year’s Dinoco pack, they’ll be loaded with them by Christmas.
Of course, being mostly new Cars, it probably won’t be the case. But hopefully they’ll get a lot regardless.
Yeah, all of the TRU exclusive stuff is OVERFLOWWING on the pegs around here. . . finding them should be easy if you have a TRU near you!

Yes the other SUVs are too small, but TJ is also too big. They way over-reacted to the (valid) criticism that the original TJ was too small and the Mega-sized release has him way too big. Somewhere in the middle was the happy medium that they missed.
I think he is pretty close to the movie size….. seing as the movie size is a bit exaggerated….. sorta like Bubba in the books….
I was waiting for you to say these weren’t canon since their scenes took place during the closing credits and not the movie itself. 🙂

While it looks cool, I was hoping that all four of the SUVs would be larger. They all look about the same size in the movie, yet here, TJ is HUGE compared to the others.
Sorry to be such a grump about it. I’ll still be getting them as soon as they hit here in Oklahoma City. I just won’t be as happy as I was hoping I’d be. Maybe my sons won’t notice the size differences…
If we’re being that picky, then TJ and the others should have spinners too >:O
