Got my Matty delivery today from Ontario, CA. Essentially overnight. All three Rescue Squad Mater sets in mint condition. Not bad since the shipment email arrived this morning…

I saw this at Target..the Mater in the play set, I think is plastic, and none of the listings mention that…so whoever wins those sets, are gonna be dissapointed..!
very cool. I really like the detail and once again you have to thank Martin. I especially like the way the pitties have their hat’s turned up. A small touch but really makes them that much cooler.

After reading your post I decided to take a closer look at them, since usually I just scroll quickly to Mater & McQueen redone. But that touch with the hats is nice! And I didn’t even realize how cute their little buck teeth are. Love them!

I’m still waiting for the day when the announcement comes that they’re going to make the BUGS(that we first saw through the glass at the Wheel Well)!!! The way the one BUG “clinks” into the camera lens and then revs the engine and flies off after we see bedraggled Van and Mini out in the desert is hard to forget! Bring on the BUGS!!!

Hmmmmm So is Mater the Non-Child Support provider (after all these years) to sweet, innocent, little twin girls aka. Mia & Tia… Easy Mattel… You might just have Sally in a Gray (car) suit, and Doc (car) in a Judge Black robe… and a big Court Room filled with lots of other cars (same ones that was in the Speed Way race that we still don’t have)!
Please let me know when the Doc Court Room Play Set will be out, and when we can expect some Court room spectators… Oh my God… I for got the 12 man/woman Jury NEW CARS!!!
